Our custom service process is as follows:
1.The customer communicates with the technical center to put forward specific requirements for the performance of flame retardant products.
2.The technical center conducts a feasibility assessment, and if it is feasible, asking the customer for the ratio of raw materials and the type of material used.
3.After analyzing the specific situation, the technical center will clarify the research and development cycle of the product.
4.Provide customers with samples for verification testing within the committed R&D cycle.
5.After the sample passes the test, it will be provided to the production department for industrial production, and small batches of products will be provided for customers to conduct pilot tests.
6.After passing the customer's pilot test, formulate the technical standard of the product and supply it in batches.
7.If the sample test fails, the two parties can communicate further, and the technical center will continue to improve the product until it meets the requirements.
