Characteristics
1. Does not contain halogen and heavy metal ions.
2. Excellent flame retardant performance, add 15%~25%, that is, can achieve the effect of self-extinguishing from fire.
3. Small particle size, good compatibility with acrylic glue, easy to disperse in acrylic glue, small influence on glue bonding ability.
Application
It is suitable for oily acrylic adhesive and adhesive products with similar structure of acrylic acid mainly include: pressure sensitive adhesive, tissue tape, PET film tape, structural adhesive; Acrylic glue, polyurethane glue, epoxy glue, hot melt glue and other types of adhesive
TF-AMP is used for flame retardant acrylic adhesive (scraped and coated on one side of tissue paper, thickness ≤0.1mm). The application examples of flame retardant formula are as follows for reference:
